Our Story

XO Coffee Shop began with a simple yet powerful idea: what if a coffee shop could be more than just a place to grab a drink? What if it could be a community hub and  welcoming space where creativity, connection, and quality come together?

Founded in August 2021 in Kissimmee, Florida, XO was born out of a desire to bring exceptional craft coffee to our local community and create a cozy “third place” where everyone feels at home. We saw a need for space that fosters connection. Whether you’re catching up with friends, getting work done, or simply savoring a quiet moment of calm amidst the everyday hustle. 

At XO Coffee Shop, quality is never an afterthought. Every drink begins with intentionally sourced beans from our local roasting partners at Credo, who developed our signature XO Hot Shot espresso to deliver a bold, smooth, and unmistakably strong profile that stands up in any beverage. From there, we build our cups with care using housemade syrups crafted in house from real ingredients.  Whether it is a classic latte or one of our seasonal creations, our goal is simple: serve drinks that taste as intentional as the space they are made in.

Our commitment to craft extends into the kitchen as well. Alongside our coffee program, we serve brunch daily.From signature toasts to rotating specials, every item is developed to pair perfectly with our espresso and handcrafted beverages.

But the heart of XO isn’t just what’s in the cup: it’s the people. This space was created to bring people together, to build community, and to celebrate the everyday moments that make life meaningful.
